Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 7, 2026

1. Controller

Grid Protocol is published by Lintu Developer Solutions, Contact: [email protected].

2. Data Processed

  1. On-device data: We store game progress and settings locally on your device (e.g., high scores, level progress, inventory, audio preferences). We do not receive this on-device data.
  2. Server logs (if you play on our hosted website/app): Our hosting provider processes technical logs (e.g., IP address, user agent/device info, timestamps, requested URL, and error logs) to deliver and secure the service.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Provide the game and persist requested settings/progress: necessary to provide the service you request.
  • Security and abuse prevention; debugging reliability issues: legitimate interests in operating a secure and stable service.

4. Cookies / Local Storage

We use local storage (or similar device storage) only to save game state and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking.

5. Sharing / Processors

We use service providers to host and deliver the game (e.g., hosting/CDN). They process technical logs on our behalf for delivery and security. If you contact us via a public code repository issue tracker, that platform processes your data under its own terms.

6. Retention

  • On-device data: remains on your device until you clear site/app data or uninstall.
  • Server logs: retained for 30 days unless a longer period is required for security incident investigation.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, delete, or object to certain processing. You can exercise rights by contacting us. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Grid Protocol does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy describes our current data practices as of the Effective Date above. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date on this page. For material changes, we may provide additional notice and will seek consent where required by applicable law.
